Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the raja9 platform, accessible via raja9.pro and the official raja9 mobile app. These Terms take effect from the date you register as a member or from the date you first use the platform, whichever is earlier.

Raja9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the raja9 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version of these Terms and any other language version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the raja9 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old or above the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Register only one account only per individual. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number.
• Not located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by local law.
• Not an active employee of raja9 or an immediate family member of such an employee.

Raja9 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card, passport or driving licence, bank statement, and any other supporting documents deemed necessary. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.

Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Raja9 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 for most payment methods. Deposits are processed instantly upon platform confirmation.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. Unverified accounts may take longer.
• Daily withdrawal limit: Depends on your VIP membership tier. Regular members have a daily withdrawal limit of up to RM 30,000, while VIP members enjoy higher limits.
• Raja9 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or digital wallet used for the deposit, as an anti-money laundering security measure.
• Raja9 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security or compliance review purposes. In such cases, you will be notified within 24 hours.

Any attempt to commit fraud, including unauthorised chargebacks, will result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of your remaining funds.

Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by raja9 are subject to specific rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds can be made.

• Standard rollover requirements: Every bonus received must be rolled over the number of times stated in the relevant promotion terms (typically between 10x and 30x depending on the bonus type).
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that are not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Each member is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once. Attempting to register multiple accounts to claim the bonus repeatedly constitutes fraud and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Raja9 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of terms.
• Different games may contribute at different rates towards rollover requirements. Please refer to the specific promotion terms for more details.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Raja9 is committed to ensuring all games are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules must be observed by all members:

• The use of bots, automation tools, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of collusion or agreement between players (for example in poker games or betting) to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Members are not permitted to exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the raja9 system. Any bugs discovered must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Raja9 uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) for all games of chance to ensure complete fairness.
• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that can be verified by the raja9 technical team.
• Raja9 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds that occurred during a technical disruption and refund the wagered amount to the member's account.

Usage Prohibitions & Restrictions

The raja9 platform is prohibited from being used for the following activities:

• Any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law or applicable international law.
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the raja9 platform.
• Registering or using the platform on behalf of another person without written authorization from raja9.
• Abusing the customer support system by sending messages containing threats, offensive language, or inappropriate content.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of fund balances, and/or legal action where appropriate.

Account Closure & Suspension

Raja9 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other raja9 policy.
• Referral from a law enforcement agency or relevant regulatory body.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member for responsible gaming reasons.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the raja9 customer support team. Any valid fund balance in your account will be returned once all required checks are completed, subject to any outstanding bonus rollover requirements.

For inactive accounts with a remaining balance, raja9 will send a notification to the registered email address before any action is taken.

raja9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, raja9 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the raja9 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond raja9's control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Game results generated by a properly functioning RNG in accordance with audited specifications.

Raja9's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim arising.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

Raja9 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a range of tools to help members manage their playing habits:

• Deposit limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a defined period to control your spending.
• Play time limit: Set session time reminders or limits for your gaming sessions.
• Cool-off: Choose to temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Option to fully exclude yourself from the raja9 platform for a minimum period of 6 months.

Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all other provisions will remain in full effect.
